Submitting this review after full project completion and three encounters with Kris, Dave and Sean. Ultimately bought a full new PDS 270 door system (cf paid invoice). All three men were most courteous, competent, listened to my concerns and performed excellent service and installation. I was concerned about recurring noise from the motor-belt-rail area when in operation. Dave reviewed these areas and found nothing amiss but also arranged for another opinion from "a PDS technician." Sean came today, did a thorough evaluation, also found all to be in good working order, commented that it's a known issue from the factory in some installations. With this reassurance, I'm now fully satisfied with the service I have received from PDS and aware of warranty coverage. Thanks!
