David came out and replaced my garage door and opener. His friendly manner and willingness to answer questions added to the pleasant experience of dealing with Precision Door. He educated me on the uses and features of my new opener, giving we the highlights of what was new on this opener. David quickly installed the new door, solving how to workaround a loft that was erected after the old door had been installed. Your company and Adrian were great! He arrived at the time scheduled. He diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He asked if we had a copy of the invoice for past work done, which we did. Upon examining it we found out that I had purchased the Life Time Warranty with the opener back in 2011. The spring and install labor was no charge! I was thrilled! First things first: The person who answered my call this morning (Amanda) was courteous, efficient and really well=prepared to address my concern thoroughly and in detail, including the minimum service charge; she was able to schedule a same-day service call. When Michael called to let me know he was on his way, it allowed me to make the necessary space in my garage, and he arrived it was right when he said he'd be here. Michael was professional and extremely courteous...the kind of young man you want to represent your business in addition to being an excellent technician. Keith stopped by to re-program the keypad that was installed a few weeks ago. He was able to get it accepting the code again, but said that the opener was from 1999 and a new circuit board was not available if it stopped working again...
