Scheduling online was very simple. The tech was available earlier than originally scheduled. I got a call from the company to see if he could come earlier, which was actually better for us. The tech was punctual, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, humorous, and friendly. He listened to our wants and needs. He explained the products and gave us options for what would work best for what we wanted. He even brought up things that we didn't even think about. The warranties are extensive. They offered a military discount. We were pleasantly surprised with the price and value. They were over $3,000 less than the big box stores. We are very excited to see them in 6-8 weeks.
