Anthony called to let me know when he would arrived. He was pleasant and knowledgeable; answers all my questions and volunteered info. Estimate given on site. Thank you for the timely estimate.

The installation, product and Tech's were fantastic. Had estimate done on 5/20, paid 1,600.05 that day. Received nothing in writing through e-mail. Door installation done on 05/23 paid 1,075.06 balance. Asked tech's for a copy of the invoice and proof of payment. Complained to them that we had not received anything in writing with estimate or proof of payment. They said not their dept. but would ask for a paper invoice to be sent me as well as an e-mail. Received request for a review on 05/23. Waited until 5/30 to call and complain about nothing in writing told them they had my e-mail since I was sent request for review on 05/23. Said office wasn't available but would get back to me. Was sent copy of bill a few minutes later in e-mail. Not happy with billing department at all!

The garage door install was done exceptionally well done. There is a small dent in the 14x14 door. Cory said he would take pictures of it and order a new section for the door. I am waiting to hear from customer service.
