Told call center needed Lift Master door that was 12 feet high.After waiting 4 hours for service tech, he went in garage and said call center screwed up and should have sent out there techs that work on this bigger door.Not techs fault,sounds like they have done this before.So now,still have a door that doesn't work.Don't know if there sending out the right people or not????Will follow up and report on service if I get a call Monday.😡😡

Your technician was very prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, he was not able to completely resolve my problem. I was able to stop my door from catching the metal trim (and ripping the trim and scraping the door) with a simple shim. Could have saved myself a lot of money.

When I contacted the office I was very impressed with the highly efficient response from the office in getting help out to fix the problem the same day. Christian arrived in a timely manner and provided a replacement for the broken spring. In addition, he replaced the end bearings as well as the bushing near the spring mount. The door closes very nicely and does not slam into the concrete when closing and the top fits snuggly for a tight closure as well. Christian was professional, a good listener, and easy to talk to during his visit. I would highly recommend Precision to care for your needs as well as Christian Worthy. Respectfully, JBinder

I called for repair of one of my garage door openers and got same day service! That was awesome and Anthony was wonderful to work with. He explained what the problem was and got it fixed! I'm in a rural area, so I usually have to wait at least a day for service. I have two working garage door openers, which is not only super convenient but also secure.

My door has been the warehouse about 6 weeks. Several calls to get it scheduled for installation. Lots of promises for returned calls, 1 time actually got a call. 3 other contractors waiting on install so the can complete their work now several weeks behind. My concern is people who got their doors into the warehouse after mine are getting theirs installed because they are one person jobs where mine is two. Huge disappointment that this is going so poorly. Feel free to check your own records if you need to validate my impression of the service I have received to daye.
