He communicates well, made sure I was aware of all cost’s, provided a new keypad and showed me how to work it! I would highly recommend Presision for your garage door repair! Great service!. Our spring broke at a bad time knocking our garage door out of service.I called Precision Garage Door and Adrian came and fixed it the next day even though it was on a weekend. We had purchased a lifetime deluxe renewal package on the garage door years ago from them and the repair was completely covered. Highly recommended

I had a great encounter with Benjamin (Ben), today, when my garage door spring broke yesterday. I was offered a call time of 10-12. Ben called me @ 8:40 to say he had finished his previous job early and could be @ my place in about 17 minutes. Sure enough, here he was, 18 minutes later. Ben was VERY professional, super courteous, and REALLY knew what he was doing. I watched as he worked, because I am always curious to see other professionals do their thing well, and he made this job, that may have actually hurt me, look like a cake walk. After another 20 minute actual conversation, I feel like I have a new friend/acquaintance. I have been BLOWN away by the service I have received from Precision Door, and especially my interaction with Ben on this particular service call. Took him all of 15 minutes to perform the service, but the expertise and general good manner of this gentleman makes him a star in my opinion. Precision Door, take care of this guy as LONG as he is here, and then maybe afterward!

Anthony - Was awesome and very professional and curteous at repairing my garage door! He answered my call and followed up with me timely and gave me a repair time and service. He was here on time he gave and diagnosed problem right away! He made repairs to door and replaced touch pad which also was out of service! He explained door problems and recommended repairs!

I was very impressed with Adrian. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the invoice I received. I'm used to a detailed invoice that tells me exactly how much I'm being charged for each part, labor and other fees, such as your "Environmental" fee. The invoice I received with a column of 1's leaves me no way of assessing whether my trust in Adrian was misplaced or not.

I am a Precision Door Service customer, having used them in the past, I have their business card taped to my garage wall. When I had an emergency with my garage door, I immediately gave them a call. A family member had accidentally bumped into the garage door with their car and jammed the door, making it unable to open. Setting an appointment for early the next day was easy and handled in a very professional manner. The Tech that came to complete the repair was very knowledgeable and provided me with options and quotes on repair and/or replacement. He was able to get the door back on track and save me from buying a new door until I am ready to make that purchase.
