Our shop door was damaged by a tractor rollbar. It was reparable, but it was actually cheaper to replace the entire door. We were out of town while the replacement was ordered. Installation took two people about 4 hours on Christmas-eve morning. The result was excellent, and they even took the time to ask what type of motor I was going to eventually install, so they could mount the new rails accordingly. Attention to detail! Totally satisfied customer.

Jered from Precision Garage Door of Spokane came out this morning and fixed my garage door. He was on time, polite, and walked me through everything. He also gave me my options with a complete price for everything up front, and with a Military Discount. There was no hassle, no pressure, just great advice and service. The torsion spring was replaced. He also relocated the mount for more stability, and a bunch of other stuff.
