Timothy Sweet from Precision overhead door came out on May 2nd to install two garage doors. He started about 8:00 AM and finished about noon. He did an excellent job and the doors work well. I would not hesitate to recommend him or Precision door.

I called a week ago and set up the appointment for the following Monday morning. The tech came out and looked at the doors but did not change the spring. I had provided the door size to the dispatcher when I called in the service request. I have since received a notice of a new appointment for next week. I expect to only be billed for one service call.
