Service was quick, but conversation on phone with the person that took my call was misleading. I asked what the typical cost of spring replacements were and she quoted me on a single standard spring and another single lifetime guaranteed spring that was really only 7 years. They failed to mention springs are typically sold in pairs, which doubles the price, and that if bearings need to be changed out, that can quadruple the price. Bottom line is, they do good, quick work, but they get you with the service call just to give you a quote, where others come out for free for the quote, and you will not have a good general idea of costs until they come out and give you the quote. I would recommend finding someone that will at least not stick it to you for coming out and giving you a quote. I have no problem with the work, but the process won’t have me coming back.

I called Precision for a garage door tune-up. They scheduled me for the next day. Technician Anthony called that day to update me on his arrival time. Anthony was courteous and explained things clearly. He completed his work professionally and efficiently. Some repair work needed to be done and there was no "hard sell." Anthony called and arrived right on schedule . He was so polite and respectful and was able to solve the problem of a very loud squeal in the garage door. He went ahead and lubricated the door for me showing me the proper way to do this and what type of lubricant that needed to be used. I learned so much from him and now feel confident in doing this maintenance twice a year. I so appreciate the time he took and his very pleasant nature. I so appreciated his help.

Adrian came out to do a Lube and Tune special that I had requested. He did a thorough inspection of my garage door and found some items that could pose a potential problem in the future, and he explained them to me. I agreed it might be better to take care of the problems now, rather than later. He did a good a job in a professional manner and I feel better that a future problem was taken care of.

first off, the technician was Anthony Morales. Anthony was very professional in discussing his diagnoses of what he observed with the door operation. I suspected it was the opener but turned out to be the overhead spring was the problem. Anthoy explained what needed to be done along with options and cost.
