Our garage door opening system literally just broke from one minute to another. What a bad surprise. However, Love what Kris installed. So quiet with also an opening mechanism that will not put extra wear and tear on the existing door. Good explanation as to how things work.This whole cycle went pretty much A to B also with the Home Warranty Company we have even though not every single item is covered by the warranty definitely three quarters was so now we have a completely new garage door opening system that should last us another 15 to 20 years. Kris did a good job talking with the company to get things moved along FAST. We are happy with the outcome.

Arrived at time promised, he called me ahead of time as requested, very personable, nice young man, answered all questions I asked, I would highly recommend this company and their tech Scott. My home warranty company is American Home Shield and Precision Door is a service provider.

Kris came out on time and quickly found and corrected the problems. The door now works. The best part really was how promptly they responded (besides the door working). I put in a service request Saturday afternoon, they called first thing Monday morning and were here at noon Monday.
