I had my garage door inspected and it is functioning correctly. I was able to get a next day appointment and the service person Sean was friendly and knowledgeable. Precision installed my door in December of 2021. I do have a concern.. I would have appreciated being able to talk to someone who could have troubleshooted my issue. I had uneven openings on the garage door sides and the service person without having to investigate said that was normal. This was an issue since I just installed new siding and the old garage door seal for the sides and top was removed with the old door trim. I couldn’t remember what it was supposed to look like without the door sealing. I had purchased new sealing for the door but it didn’t fit since I was trying to install it backwards. I believe my concerns could have been addressed over the phone saving me the $60.00 fee I paid for no reason. I had expressed what my concerns were when I made the appointment.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service Kevin provided. He explained what he was doing as he worked and also showed me how and where to oil the door in the future. He even offered to oil the door for me since I had the correct oil. He was friendly and easy to talk to. This excellent customer service makes me glad I purchased my door from Precision.
