I called Precision Door Service just 24 hours before they arrived. Christian from Precision Door Service was very polite and professional. Knowing nothing about garage doors Christian explained the reasons for the problems I was dealing with. He not only explained my garage door problems but he provided me with multiple options on how they could be fixed. I never felt pressured on getting any of the repairs done and I found his pricing to be very fair. He was willing to perform the work in increments that met my financial needs and I now feel reassured that I have a garage door service technician that I will call for all my garage door services. The service today by Jesse and Corey was th fix the bundle seal on two of my doors. With there heads working together they find some adjustments that fixed the issues no parts to replace. Both have been here putting up the new doors when they were installed. I enjoyed seeing Jesse again and Corey was also here before, and he reminded my son who went to school with him. Always a pleasure having Precision Doors taking care of their customers.

The door would not open due to a broken spring drive inside a pipe across the top . Your technician installed a new pipe across the top and it had two strong springs, one on each side around the outside of the pipe. They were twisted tightly around the pipe and provided the power to open the door. The lifting cables were then connected to the door on each side. He tested the door and it worked perfectly. His workmanship was perfect and done quickly. I recommend this man to anyone needing garage door repair. Stan Roberts 😎
