Anthony checked everything on my 2 garage doors thoroughly and was efficient & personable answering my questions. my only complaint is when I called your emergency # last evening to request service because I could not get my garage door to close I was told you could not come out til this morning even though your add says you are available nights & weekends. I had to check my garage every hour all night to make sure my tools & garden equipment was safe.

He noticed the door was a newer door we had replaced with your company but the old hardware had been used. Adrian warrantied the door and the job. Told call center needed Lift Master door that was 12 feet high.After waiting 4 hours for service tech, he went in garage and said call center screwed up and should have sent out there techs that work on this bigger door.Not techs fault,sounds like they have done this before.So now,still have a door that doesn't work.Don't know if there sending out the right people or not????Will follow up and report on service if I get a call Monday.😡😡

The problem was diagnosed quickly, a surge protector installed and we thought it was fixed because all seemed to be working. Just after the tech left it recurred so I called and he came back immediately. It seems the electronics had been affected by a power blip so a new unit was installed under warranty and all is well. Steve was professional, friendly and efficient.
