Benjamin was prompt courteous and very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Excellent service. I think the fact that you charge a service charge and fuel fees on top of everything else is a bit outrageous. Most businesses I deal with consider the service fee part of the bill not in addition to it. I would recommend changing that. I would otherwise highly recommend you.

Tech seemed to know his stuff well and repaired our large door in good order. It did take one call back to trim up the work done on the installation of the new door opener on the other. I would recommend them as they have been eager to please.

The technician was very professional. He informed me of all the work needed to get the garage door working again, and informed me of some other issues that my door could have in the future. He answered all of my questions and gave me maintenance items I could do to have my garage door last a little longer. I asked him to send me a quote for a new door. He also stated that if I buy a new garage door within 30 days of this repair the money I spent on the repair would go towards the new door. I think that is fantastic! I am very happy with the level of customer service that I received. I will definitely be doing business with precision again.
