The tech was 5 stars!! I want to make that very clear he was absolutely amazing. What I want to give 1 star is the service call lady who quotes me $499.00 for the whole job! This job was not $499.99 it was 916.75. In fact the unit she quoted me on was $549 not $499 so I’m not even sure I was provided with an actual quote. We did the work today because we are in a bid and I’m a realtor who is representing my seller in a transaction but I can 100% tell you I will NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE. And anyone who asks for referral I will be sure to tell them to stay far away…. Christian though hands down awesome you guys don’t deserve him for how well he handle that shit quote you provided up front!

Anthony was very polite and friendly. I didn't know that my garage spring was commercial spring and it could take up to 2 week to get two? I told him I called the manufacture and they said they would send their Tech out next week to replace them. I offer to pay for Anthony's time, and the consulting fee, Anthony said no charge. That goes a long way with me! I asked him for his business card because I will give my family and friends Anthony phone number. I appreciate the positive attitude! Frank

My garage door was opening and I heard a loud pop. One of the springs broke and my cables were all tangled up, it was a mess. I called and had a tech out to my house within a couple hours. Jason did a great job and explained what my options were. He got my garage fixed within an hour and made the garage run smoother than before. I appreciated his hard work and professional manner throughout the job. I would call him again with any garage door repairs in the future.

I wanted to take a minute and thank the amazing people at Precision. I am in the process of moving and the spring on my garage door broke. I was able to schedule an online appointment for a technician, Jared Hinch, for that same day. I wasn't home when he got there but I had asked they contact me next door neighbor, which he did. Once he determined what was wrong he called me and gave me a very fair, in my opinion, estimate of repairs. Jared also noted my garage door was a Wayne Dalton product and since it was so new, perhaps it would be under warranty. He was ready to make the fix at that time bit allowed me to see if there was a warranty. In the end, I didn't use Precision or Jered and had it repaired with the other company previously mentioned as there was coverage. Jared could have not mentioned that and I would not have had a clue and Precision would have done the job. I certainly don't want to get Jered in trouble because to me, he did the right thing, and he didn't have to. The true definition of integrity, which Precision should commend. What an excellent representative of your company, even though he didn't come away with the project, he did thing the right way in my humble opinion. Thank you, Jered!!
