I wanted to take a minute and thank the amazing people at Precision. I am in the process of moving and the spring on my garage door broke. I was able to schedule an online appointment for a technician, Jared Hinch, for that same day. I wasn't home when he got there but I had asked they contact me next door neighbor, which he did. Once he determined what was wrong he called me and gave me a very fair, in my opinion, estimate of repairs. Jared also noted my garage door was a Wayne Dalton product and since it was so new, perhaps it would be under warranty. He was ready to make the fix at that time bit allowed me to see if there was a warranty. In the end, I didn't use Precision or Jered and had it repaired with the other company previously mentioned as there was coverage. Jared could have not mentioned that and I would not have had a clue and Precision would have done the job. I certainly don't want to get Jered in trouble because to me, he did the right thing, and he didn't have to. The true definition of integrity, which Precision should commend. What an excellent representative of your company, even though he didn't come away with the project, he did thing the right way in my humble opinion. Thank you, Jered!!

After discussing the benefits of everything, a package was decided on and Christian installed my new system. He explained everything to me once he was done. Thank you so very much for sending Christian Worthy out to my house on an emergency basis. He quickly diagnosed the problem, was able to resolve the problem, and managed to repair my broken garage door well enough for me to use it manually so I am now able to get my truck in and out temporarily until both my garage doors can be replaced. He did all of this under severe cold weather conditions with the wind blowing into my garage. He also spent time and effort out there measuring my doors for replacement and talking with your office. Mr. Worthy really is "Worthy" and is a highly dedicated young man who deserves a "gold star" and a pay raise from my point of view. So I am now waiting for a followup on your estimate to replace my old wooden doors that have definitely seen better days. Thanks and hat's off to Christian Worthy!!!

Christian was amazing. My door was pretty screwed up, but he went above and beyond to fix it while I save for a new door. I called Sunday afternoon and Christian had it fixed by 9:30AM Monday. I wish I had called these guys sooner!
