Kris arrived on time, was very friendly, professional and displayed a great deal of technical knowledge pertaining to the garage door systems and repairs. It was an older 16' door (1976), which we had concerns about and had planned to replace next year. I observed Kris for over nearly 2 hrs doing the broken spring repair, and replaced the garage door opener motor unit that failed during the repair. After politely shared his observations about the door & track system condition, and numerous parts that were worn out, it became very clear it was time to replace the old door & system. Kris worked closely with us explaining door designs, favorable options, plus warranty and cost-cutting opportunities,. Ultimately we ordered an entire new (very nice) garage door and supporting system (very fair price)! Kris certainly went above and beyond to make our experience a good one - Bravo and thank you!
