Unfortunately Kris did not notice 2 screws that had come out on the right side door panels. My neighbor came down to see the replaced opener and noticed immediately the missing screws on the garage doors that hold the panels together. Had to call and they sent out another technician.

Kris showed up on time, with an email beforehand stating he was on his way. He introduced himself, I explained my problem, and he immediately went to work. He explained the error code I received was an overload to the opener, due to a broken spring, which he noticed right off the bat. He went over routine maintenance with me, explained that he was going to do a complete examination of the door, and advise me of the needed repairs. He finished the exam, and explained the options I had in regard to replacement springs and made the repair. Kris was punctual, polite, friendly, professional, and competent. Thank you for a job well done!
