Anthony checked everything on my 2 garage doors thoroughly and was efficient & personable answering my questions. my only complaint is when I called your emergency # last evening to request service because I could not get my garage door to close I was told you could not come out til this morning even though your add says you are available nights & weekends. I had to check my garage every hour all night to make sure my tools & garden equipment was safe.

Wasn’t the above problem. It was a code 35 on the motor from a brief power outage yesterday. I had a surge protector he attached so maybe it won’t throw codes anymore. Said I can unplug for ten seconds and then plug back in . Very understanding and helpful that I could calm down.

We had a new garage door with opener put on a shop addition by Precision . The service provided from my first contact with them to a finished job was outstanding. The salesman, Tim, came out and measured everything prior to ordering the door. He was very prompt and professional in every way. Once the door was ordered, Precision was in constant contact via email with weekly updates on when the door would arrive. They scheduled installation as soon as the door arrived and were excellent about communicating with me. The installer came out two days before to verify that everything was correct. The two techs installing the door/opener were also very professional. Highly recommend this company for any overhead door needs. Best company I have had the pleasure of doing business with.
