Cory was very nice and professional. Not having the right parts and taking time to go get them took a longer time for the job. Since it’s been a couple months since ordering the door that should have been a given in parts needed for the job. Also I made sure the area was clean and tidy. Due to delay earlier he was not able to clean up after the job so I had to vac and clean up wood shaving and metal shavings.

I received a call before my scheduled appointment, to see if they could arrive early. That was a refreshing way to start a service call. Anthony and another tech arrived a little latter and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate prior to starting the work. I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism and the skill of both technicians. Anthony was very understanding of my problem and explained everything they were going to do and why. I called your company because my daughter had your company repair a garage door for her a few years ago and was very impressed with the tech's and work performed. In closing again "I was impressed with the service call in general, and will recommend your company" when asked about your service.

1096.00 dollars for replacement of 2 springs. I was rough quoted $300. I was out of town and since I said only replace 1 spring NOTHING else I was surprised to find that the tech talked my wife into 2 springs and whatever else came to $800 more. I’m pissed. It was deceitful at the worst and conniving at best. You lost a door sale. My intention was to replace the heavy wood door with a foam core aluminum door. I was just getting it working in my absence. Adrian was top notch. However I was charged 89 dollar service charge. I called immediately Wed.morning after viewing your TV ad on Channel 2 which said the charge would be waived if called in for an appointment..I did,and Adian was there by noon.However,I was CHARGED the service fee after spending over 500 dollars for repairs... Precision exceeded my expectations...my day ended way better than it started! One of the torsion springs broke this morning, (appx 10 years old)...jumped online to search for a garage door repair company...reviewed a few, but Precision stood out...I was able to live chat (multi-tasked without being stuck on the phone) to get information about replacement spring options, get a price, and schedule the repair...which was for the same day! (I was bracing for delays due to these covid times) Sean Smith was my technician...I received a text, email, and phone call from Sean when he was on his way...he was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient...the entire experience was pleasant...no question Sean earned this 5 star!
