I would give Christian 5 stars. He was here promptly from when he sent the txt message that he was on his way. Christian was very thorough in servicing both doors. He explained what each step of the service process was and explained the construction of the door rollers. He also explained about when to lubricate the doors thru out the year. I will request him for our next service and I will recommend Precision Door Service to our friends.

Anthony checked everything on my 2 garage doors thoroughly and was efficient & personable answering my questions. my only complaint is when I called your emergency # last evening to request service because I could not get my garage door to close I was told you could not come out til this morning even though your add says you are available nights & weekends. I had to check my garage every hour all night to make sure my tools & garden equipment was safe.
