Knowing nothing about garage doors Christian explained the reasons for the problems I was dealing with. After 3.5 years my garage door only went up and down so far, I troubleshot as much as I could but was out of options. Sean came out and assessed that the motor had given out due to it's size. I upgraded, he changed all the wheels, belt, and opener. Made sure all battery operator openers were synced up as well. All smooth sailing, and a bonus its smoother and quieter! Thanks Sean!
