Tony Beckstead came to my home within a couple hours of making my appointment, earlier than expected. I was given heads-up texts and emails, really nice. He was great, paired my remote with my garage opener after it fell and broke apart, checked my system and lubricated. He charged me very little for such quick, efficient service. He was friendly and so very helpful the day before thanksgiving! Yay, I’ll call again if needed. Thanks Tony!

Dana came to my house , apparently determined to sell me new garage door equipment. Looked sparingly around, told me how bad he thought everything was and the only help he could offer was to sell me new stuff. I said that, at this moment I just wanted it fixed and schedule the new repairs for spring. He said he was not going to fix it. That I had to buy his new stuff. Without a further word, he got into his truck and left. I had called for a repair man, not a sales man. So we called another service and the tech fixed the problem and we agreed on a new setup to be installed in ten days. The new policy, at your firm, to just go out and sell new stuff, forgetting service, leads me to terminate all interest in calling you again
