Well, Adrian's last name says it all. He arrived, assessed the broken garage door and went to work repairing it. He was fast and efficient and we couldn't help but playfully name him "the Hulk" because he pulled up the broken door (we couldn't!) in order to begin repairing it. Adrian was personable and professional. He made a timely assessment of my situation and made timely repairs he found necessary. He also provided additional information regarding future issues that may occur and look out for. I would like to acknowledge Adrian for going above and beyond. When he came out initially to work on my garage door opener, the power in the whole block went out. He couldn't do what he needed to do. Instead, he told me to let him know when the power came back on and he would see if he could come back to finish the job. When the power came back, I told him. I was expecting him to reschedule sometime later in the week, but instead, he came back the same day and got the job done. I am very impressed with Adrian and he represented your company very well!
