After inspecting the garage door, Tim informed me of the options I had and after discussing the options, I decided to replace the garage door. I don’t want that chain backup opener. I want the battery back up. Christian had too many problems with that chain backup opener.. my neighbor has two of that battery backup units and has had no trouble with them. I have no confidence in that confidence in that chain backup unit. Christian has been at my shop 4 times. This last time, today, he was here for about 5 hours and couldn’t get it to work. So let’s go with that battery backup opener. I do appreciate the effort you guys put in trying to get this current unit to work with no success. Love you guys. On to plan number 5. Patrick H Reardon
