I am a general contractor that deals with subcontractors all the time and this has been the worst experience and customer service I've ever experienced. Everything I was promised to get the sale was a lie, timeliness were promised and missed by ALOT, the salesman left the company and management will not honor his promises. I was told they will only replace one faulty part and they'll mail it to me to install myself as they will not be returning to my property to complete their install. I would recommend any other company for a garage door other than Ptecision. The installers were great and not at fault for the worse possible garage door experience. Sincerely, Scott S

What a pleasant experience this was for me. I am new to the area moving into my new home. I inadvertently hit the garage door safe T beam sensor, causing the garage door to not open, or close. I tried to fix the issue by readjusting the sensor light to aline with the other sensor light on the opposite side of the garage door with no avail. Called Precisions of Spokane. A most pleasant lady who answered was able to provide me with someone who could come out right away and fix my garage door. Jered, was also able to give me information about trouble shooting some issues. Thank-you Jared for your professional and knowledgeable in fixing the issue in a very timely manner. GREAT SERVICE!!! The service tech was Barry Deschamps. He was fantastic. He knew his job to the finest degree!! And the price can't be beat!!! Below you have another man listed as the tech. He was not the man who came to do the service. Just a question: Why do you have your service people running all over the area from Medical Lake to Athol in one day. Wouldn't it be more cost effective to group your service calls to one area at a time? But maybe you need to repair door calls as they come in. Just wondering. Anyway, I am very happy with the work Barry did!!!
