Sean arrived with advanced notice, very pleasant to deal with! Sean checked everything out and found that there was nothing wrong with the spring, however noticed a couple things that needed attention. Sean was really good at explaining everything he was doing and why. Sean checked out the big garage door as well as the shop door……how great was that! While the broken garage door was a problem, we were so pleased to meet Sean Yahrling from Precision Door. Sean explained in detail what was required to repair our damaged garage door, after being told by two other garage door companies that our door could not be repaired. Very happy with Barry Deschamps work repairing my broken spring as well as identifying other worn parts on my door. He had all the parts on his truck. the door was realigned and the opener adjusted so the door is now smooth and much more quiet than before. Excellent attention to detail.

We contacted Precision with an electrical issue with our garage door opener. Within 3 hours, they sent their tech, Barry Deschamps, to fix the problem. He was very courteous and professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the job. He went way above and beyond to make sure that everything was right. I called Precision, and they sent Barry within 3 hours. He fixed the problem and lubed and inspected the doors, and explained the maintenance of the door. He adjusted the springs also. I asked him to replace the opener, which he did and it works great. We had a wiring issue with a remote, and he was able take care of it. Barry was very courteous, professional and good to work with. Precision was very good about being on time and communicating exactly when the tech would be arriving. Five stars all the way.
