Precision door, particularly Sebastian, went above and beyond to install my new garage door. I had an old door that was very bent, and some of the springs were on their last legs. They had to reframe around the garage door and change some other things that were unexpected. They spent many hours here, did an excellent job, even came back the next day to finalize the job. I’m so very grateful to them, and the price was very reasonable. I don’t worry now every time I open and close my garage door!

We had Steve come out to look at the repair. He showed up early which was great! He was clear with the options for belt or door or both. Didn't push a purchase. We did purchase a door which the customer servicelube was a bit confusing with price options and extra fees. They said we would have 2 wait 4 weeks for a door but then on Monday someone from the office called to install it today! Jacob was 2 hrs later than we were told but did a good job. He was a bit confusing on what door he installed.

These guys were great. Explained all about the doors. Made sure we understood how they work. They noticed that the vinyl around the door is a color, as opposed to white, and said they would put in a request that that be changed to white to better match the door and opening.
