We pretty much knew what we wanted and Tim managed to give us exactly that. We were kept up to date on product shipment from the factory and when it hit Precision's dock, we were able to get it installed the next day. Jesse was our Installation Tech and he did a great job. He dove right in and got it done faster than we had expected. It looks great and is really really quiet. What's not to like! We happily recommend Precision to anyone who asks where we got our door.

The Garage Door came in on time (6 weeks). It was scheduled to be installed the next week, (Thursday) however, it turned out to be trickier to install. Fortunately, the installer (Joshua) recognized that he didn't have the skillset (to frame or trim it out or something) and let me know it immediately. He was honest with me (which I appreciated) and we rescheduled the installation for the next day with David (their most experienced installer). The next day, Jacob, appeared (David's company truck died), but Jacob let me know that his truck couldn't take my old garage door away when he installed my door. This was on Friday and I didn't want my old, ugly garage door sitting out on my front yard all weekend. Also, what if he couldn't complete the installation of my new garage door? So I made the decision to wait until Monday for David to do the installation. David came Monday (today) and did the installation and framed out the door beautifully. My only suggestion to this branch of the company is to have David teach a class for all the installers on how to "frame or trim out" (?) their garage doors when necessary! This will avoid rescheduling and wasting the time of your clients and your installation teams. Win-Win!

I hired Precision in 2011 when I bought my home to replace old motors at home. They did a great job. 5 years ago they were called again to replace my broken spring, also did a fantastic job. Then about 2 months ago we called to get new openings and a new key pad as we’ve misplaced, lost or broken our door openings and our keypad failed. They were prompt and took great care of us fixing all the issues and we began discussion my hope to replace the doors. After a thorough discussion, guiding to some no interest finance we ended up ordering and planning for the garage doors I’d always hoped for. Yesterday they came to install. Jesse was amazing! This guy was so efficient, polite, and courteous. He showed up and immediate got to work. He was alone and managed to remove my two heavy wood doors and all parts and install my new doors in just about 4 hours! They told me to prepare for all day and he did it in just about half the time and he did a fantastic job! My new doors are so quiet, beautiful and I know they were installed right! Precision is my go to now for door installation and repair. Jesse would be my requested tech in the future as well. As a business owner myself seeing someone with his hustle and efficiency as well as also being kind and courteous was impressive. My dad was here through install and worked in management most of his life and he was also so impressed with Jesse. Never saw him doing nothing! The entire team every time has been great from the sales team, scheduling team, office staff and all the installers. I highly recommend precision garage doors of Spokane.

Precision door, particularly Sebastian, went above and beyond to install my new garage door. I had an old door that was very bent, and some of the springs were on their last legs. They had to reframe around the garage door and change some other things that were unexpected. They spent many hours here, did an excellent job, even came back the next day to finalize the job. I’m so very grateful to them, and the price was very reasonable. I don’t worry now every time I open and close my garage door!

We had Steve come out to look at the repair. He showed up early which was great! He was clear with the options for belt or door or both. Didn't push a purchase. We did purchase a door which the customer servicelube was a bit confusing with price options and extra fees. They said we would have 2 wait 4 weeks for a door but then on Monday someone from the office called to install it today! Jacob was 2 hrs later than we were told but did a good job. He was a bit confusing on what door he installed.
