Upset as this was not reported to our home warranty to have them cover our motor we just bought. Paid in advance was told to contact warranty company by estimator to reimburse for opener. They said it was done backwards and you should have talked to them first to authorize payment from them. Now I am screwed out of 700$

They did an amazing job. And they are always willing to work with your schedule and fit you in the best they can when something comes up. Especially with me living in Tri-Cities, WA. They have great employees like Jesse who can/will talk you through what they are doing and or what needs to be done if something was missed before proceeding.
