i was told 4 to 6 weeks orded on 4/15 and was told they would be installed on 5/29 did not hear anything so i called and was told they would be installed on 6/10 that is 8weeks not going have them on my other jobs ive got coming up for for customers if this what happens when it was for my own house should have told the me the truth that it was gonna take 8 weeks not 4to 6 weeks litter more communication would be nice

The tech ( Dana) provided next day service and professional repair. As of this date( four days later than service), I still have not received an invoice for the repair service made out to me, the home owner and client. In addition, it appears I was charged $15.51 for a credit card transaction even though I paid with a check.
