Our garage door broke on Thanksgiving morning. Not only did they answer the phone, but a technician came and stabilized the door until a new one could be installed. Under extreme winter conditions, our new doors were installed. We are utterly impressed with this company and their personnel. Professional, caring, above and beyond. We are grateful.

Ok, My garage door replacement is complete. I gave an initial review of the sales and estimate part of this project and now I will render my verdict on this entire project. If I could give this company a rating I would give them 100%+. The tech. that came to install (his name was David Deviny). He too was extremely professional and rebuilt the entire door then went beyond and checked to make sure I was satisfied he also ran through the complete operation and maintenance for this door. So, From the first communication OUTSTANDING, Office personnel OUTSTANDING, Sales (Barry) OUTSTANDING, Field tech. (David) OUTSTANDING! Hello, I would (so far) HIGHLY recommend Precision. I needed a complete door replacement all panels were cracked and bent from wear/age and Barry went through the entire process double checked everything I would need and gave me the quote. They were very prompt notified me and even reminded me the day before as well as the day of and what time they would be here. I also found the office staff very helpful and professional. I will if asked when the replacement is complete, give the final opinion for this company. I am at this time VERY pleased!
