My keypad stopped working and Precision was able to come out and replace it within a few hours! Same day service is almost non existent these days and it was just charged as a standard service call. Now that’s service! Repair tech called on his way. He was very efficient and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better service experience. Precision customer for life!

Tech: Anthony Morales arrived at our home bright an early as we requested. He began work right on time and replaced lift motor and all repairs that go with that. He replaced all door rollers, adjusted the spring etc. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and he did a great job. I give Anthony and Precision Door a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them. Ron

Great! Michael showed up 30 minutes early, with a courtesy call, of course. He lubed and checked out all of the door components. I just wanted to make sure the door was ready for winter. Michael did a good job, and he was super friendly an courteous. He deserves a pay raise!

I want my money back. I told the gal on the phone I had only had to have key pad re-programmed once in 20 or 30 years. That should have prompted her to ask me age of unit which I would have told her was 30 years old. At that point she should have told me it was not able to be re-programmed. The tech was great but it was a waste of my time and money as no appointment should ever have been made. Karla Gibson

Our ancient garage door openers were beginning to fail. We called several other companies only to find they were booked out months. I called and booked an appt with precision garage doors and within 48 hours they were out, to diagnose the problems. We opted to replace all 3 openers, 1 spring and get a touchpad installed outside the garage. The technician, Jared, was great. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy and kept us informed of what he was doing. Then he gave its an in service on how to use the keypad and the remotes. He guided me through the set up of syncing with my jeep. Great service, great price and great product. Will definitely recommend them to others in the future!
