I am not happy with Precision Door at all.. Called to schedule 29.95 tune up and was told on phone they were also waiving the service call fee.. Technician who came said no.. one or the other… No one was willing to make this right with us.. left a bad taste to start out ..then I find out at end that there is 15.00 gas charge that no one told me about.. The phone number I called was local.. The technician waived the gas fee after I protested .. but this further deteriorated my experience.. I would like precision doors to honor the original bid if 29.95 for tune up.. This is poor customer service and it would be the right thing to honor the agreement…

Tim came out to help me figure out how to replace my door and my motor. Tim is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job giving me three options to look at. He did the right amount of discovery to figure out what was important to me, so that we got three bids to give us a good idea, and gauge of how to do this.
