I did not have a spring repair. My door sensor for raising and lowering the door was slightly out of alignment. He also. Checked my door openers for my car. All worked . Not sure it was worth $ 84.00.

Jason replaced the keypad on the outside of the garage. It stopped working the last time a tech was out to fix the issue with the garage door going up and down. Somehow the keypad wasn't "talking" to the box anymore. His communication was excellent and he was timely. Thanks, Mary

Great serviceman, so kind and efficient. Only thing I wish we would have known on the bill was the $16.95 Environmental Fee(didin't understand that one) and 2% fee for using a credit card for $49.22. Otherwise, for $2663 it had to be done.

I live in Spokane Valley, WA. I lost my husband of 32.5 years on 7/26. Among other things to cope with, my garage door was malfunctioning. Sean arrived early due to finishing a job sooner than expected. He empathized with my loss and even helped take some of the things out of my husband's truck in the driveway and put them in the garage so they wouldn't get stolen. Sean went over and above in correcting my problem in a timely, courteous manner and it was truly like an angel was sent to me to make things better with minimal expense.
