Had a broken chain sprocket on our garage door opener and scheduled an appointment to repair. Scheduling was easy and Ben was able to come out a little early, which was great! After inspecting the opener unit, we determined the unit was over 20 years old and Ben provided the option to repair it or install a new drive. We decided to install a new unit since the old one was very loud and problematic even when it was working. Ben completed the install of the new unit very efficiently! He was very polite and clear in communicating options and progress. He cleaned up after all of his work, patiently walked through all of the capabilities of the new opener, and was done on time. While the overall price was a little higher than I had expected, the hardware and service were very good. Would definitely recommend if you are willing to spend a little extra for good service and good product.

I had a busy workday ahead of me and within an hour of contacting them I head a service technician at my house to look at the busted garage spring! Kris was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable when conducting his inspection. He gave me some options which I appreciated and in the end with his expertise and parts on hand he fixed my broken spring, upgraded my rollers, and was out the door in a matter of an hour! Sean Yahrling helped me out with my broken garage door and was very pleasant and professional. He showed up on time and I appreciated his heads up call when he was about 30 minutes out. He worked up a quick quote and was fast in completing his job. The repair was more expensive than I had anticipated, but this was due to Sean’s diligence in discovering the root of the original problem. He ensured that all the problematic parts were replaced which will keep me from having to go through this repair again in the near future.
