Sean did a great job of installing the springs and the side mount garage door opener and everything that went with it. He explained everything as he went was a very nice guy and how I took care of business and I’m very happy with him and precision door the only problem I have is with the cost. I think everything was a little bit high. I paid a lot more than I expected, but I believe I got very good service and everything was done right so I’m happy with that Not too happy with a total cost. I guess I would say that I don’t whine, but I think I just did didn’t I? Everything was done in a good manner a good time and a friendly job

The service today by Jesse and Corey was th fix the bundle seal on two of my doors. With there heads working together they find some adjustments that fixed the issues no parts to replace. Both have been here putting up the new doors when they were installed. I enjoyed seeing Jesse again and Corey was also here before, and he reminded my son who went to school with him. Always a pleasure having Precision Doors taking care of their customers.

We had Precision replace our failing garage door. From the initial contact to the final result; Precision was wonderful. The estimator, Joe, was prompt, informative, cordial and professional. He carefully measured the opening and reviewed the different styles and colors available. He was sure the style we chose could be installed relatively quickly. Sure enough, we got the replacement scheduled within a week. The technician, Jacob, was prepared to quickly disassemble the old door. Everything went smoothly for the install of the new door. He made sure to calibrate the closure and the safety stop. We are very pleased with our new door. We will recommend Precision to our family, friends and neighbors.
