The appointment was for and annual inspection of the Garage Door & Opener, with the installation of a new "back-up battery" to replace our 4-year old battery. A "light guide" for the battery's green/red light charging indicator was also installed. Ben was excellent. He listened to what I had to say about what was going on with the opener, and he let me make the selection as to whether or not to change the battery. He was great at troubleshooting the requirement.
