Precision of Spokane is one of the companies in the area that sets the standard when it comes to service! The day we called, they sent Benjamin out to help us with our problem. Benjamin was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly and gave us some great advice about another garage door matter that we wanted help with. His advice on the additional matter was exactly what we needed to hear and we purchased another set of automatic garage doors openers for a detached garage that we had. Pee is ion is a great company and Benjamin is a great technician. We’re so glad that we found them.

Ben came out late at night for an urgent call when our garage door got stuck. We were very worried with the potential wind storm on its way and snow starting outside, to have our garage door stuck open. Ben was so kind when he called and assured us he would be on his way soon. He was prompt and professional. Ben got the garage door fixed quickly and triple checked that everything worked before leaving. We are so grateful to Ben coming out and being so kind the entire time.

Cory was very nice and professional. Not having the right parts and taking time to go get them took a longer time for the job. Since it’s been a couple months since ordering the door that should have been a given in parts needed for the job. Also I made sure the area was clean and tidy. Due to delay earlier he was not able to clean up after the job so I had to vac and clean up wood shaving and metal shavings.
