Stephen did a great job on the garage door service. He found a weak spring that was causing a lot of drag on the opener motor. It was replaced under the warranty. I’m sure glad I responded to their service email Stephen is a superior and polite service tech

I was very upset with Precision Door 2 weeks ago when no one showed up for the appointment I made for Dec 9th. Today I am very happy because of Cole & Jesse. These installers are very fast and did a great job. They apologized for Precision Door dropping the ball and gave me excellent service. Great employees like Cole & Jesse are what makes a great company.
