The company efficiently responded to my call. My car was stuck in my garage. They scheduled an appointment same day. Barry arrived this afternoon (he arrived early) and reviewed the issue, went over our options including cost for each option, and fixed the problem today!! Amazing company and technician. First called overhead door ( their name was on our garage door). Was told ten days before we can get there. Door is stuck down, cars in the garage. So, obviously that’s not going to work. So, I called precision door. They were able to look at it same day. They give a 2 hour window, and will call you before they are coming. That beats having to sit home for two hours and wait. Greatly appreciate that approach. Adrian showed up and was quick to diagnose the door. Unfortunately my door had some non standard stuff that he didn’t have. No worries, he would grab it and come back the next day at 4. Adrian showed back up the next day, and had me back in service quickly. Pricing was discussed up front, and their were no surprises. Adrian was great, very nice and a great guy to talk to. Five stars all the way around.

I was more than pleased with the service from both Aaron and Kevin. Aaron came out same day on Friday to give me an estimate for a new garage door and it was actually in stock so they were able to come out on Monday to install. Kevin was quick and efficient and I am very happy with the finished product. I had another quote that came in higher and was up to a two month lead time to get the door in stock. A third company couldn't even come out to give an estimate for a week. I highly recommend Precision and will use them again in the future should the need arise.

Adrian barely looked at my door the furthest thing from a 25 point inspection he was cocky and somewhat rude he actually chuckled when I was paying him the 7995 made me feel like I was stupid formed for us not to do $750 repair your competition is going to do the same thing for 350 his last statement tree was that if I had any more questions for him in regards to the mediocre door or cheap door that was broken on my property terrible customer service the reason I called your company to begin with was your technician Ben probably has 35 star ratings himself to gain you a 4.8 rating Adrian needs to take some lessons from your installer Ben
