Initially, we had called Precision because one of the tension springs above our garage door had split. However, we knew deep down that not only did the 20-year-old garage door opener need replacing, but it was woefully underpowered to lift our unusually large 10-foot-door. Having worked with Precision before, we already knew their level of professionalism and competence. The techs who showed up were timely, polite, friendly, and in no way gave off a vibe of slick or shady salesmen. After discussing our situation in great detail and reviewing the options available to us, we decided not only to replace the springs but the opener as well. I told them about our limited cash situation, and they were able to put together a package that both fit our budget and compensated for the larger, heavier door. The install was completed the next day, and they lubed all the joints in the door as well. I am nothing but impressed with the service from Precision and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for competent, professional door work.
