Well to begin with the pricing was all over the place first it was a $399 price, then was told that was wrong and the quote was $499. When the technician got here the price was $545. He gave me a number to text him with my decision and I texted him 3 times yesterday afternoon between 3:25 pm and 5:25 pm to try and confirm my appointment and ask a question. I got zero response. It is now 6:15am and I don't know if I need to call another company or I have an install today.

Efficient company and very good service by the technician. No hassle making the appointment. And good follow up. Technician called within half an hour telling me he would arrive in 29 minutes -- and he did! He got the garage door going, no major issue-- and thoroughly checked out the garage door system. Scott Carlson was courteous and confident in what he was doing. And, he did not try to sell me lots of parts. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors.

The guy was nice, but I think I got robbed. It cost me 120.00 dollars for him to spray some what wd40 and call it good. I did not have a broken garage door spring. I just wanted a quote on a garage door opener. And even after spraying whatever he used my garage door did not open more smoothly like he said it would. Ugh I'm just so tired of being taken advantage of.
