I have been having off and on issues with my garage door opening and closing , and yesterday morning it decided to not open or close. Adrian arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed what was causing the problem—unit was”fried”. He quickly and efficiently replaced the unit with an upgraded unit. I so appreciated his recommendations on what type of unit would work better for my garage door. So happy to have a surge protector on this new unit. Chris fixed my problem and then I asked him about a new door and explained what I wanted and he came up with what I needed and even afere he left my place for lunch gave me a call on an up graded door he just heard about that could be in by next week so took the up grade so yes I also bought a door. The tech Scott was great. Clean, explained things well and finished in a timely manner. Not so happy with customer service. I spoke to 2 different people trying to find more information on your proposal to upgrade my system and insulate the doors. Both people said they would get back to me or have someone contact me. Never heard a word.
