Jered was able to fit us in early in the day, was very professional and knew what he was doing. He saw what the problem was and reassured us it was minor and he'd be able to fix it in 30-40 minutes, and he was right. A big relief!

Showed at appointed time. Inspected the door structure noted some wear did not pressure any repairs. Work was done in timely manner. Asked if I had any more questions about the door. Cycled the unit to see if it was working as designed. Right on with the opening and closing. Got his card and if need to will call as work was done right and in timely manner.

We had Anthony come out in July and give us a quote for the garage door opener. We installed drywall ourselves and he came back out this month to install. He came with an apprentice younger Anthony. I am glad that two of them came out. It cut down on the installation time. I think it was quality work on both parts. I would do business with precision door again. There were some staples in one screw left on the ground in garage but oh well.
