I just love Precision! I scheduled an appointment in the evening and got one first thing the next morning. The technician was friendly and worked quickly. Our main spring broke, so he replaced it and well as all the door rollers. He checked over the entire system and made adjustments and minor repairs as needed. He was in and out in just under an hour AND the work is under warranty for 5 years. Thank you!

I had an intermittent problem and we, Benjamin and I didn't know it. Benjamin came out Friday the 29th and it appeared corrected. Later on that day, the same problem started again. He came out early Monday the 2nd and hopefully found and corrected it again. It appears that it was a "STABLE" holding a wire in place that had worn through to the conductor creating a short due to vibration. So far, Monday afternoon, everything seems to be working fine. As far as I'm concerned, he did a fine job.
