I was very pleased with Michael. He arrived early, exam the door and filled me in on what else needed work besides the broken spring. Once he was done, Michael was great at explaining what I should do to get the most from my aging garage door. I really appreciated him sharing tips that I can simply perform. I was a bitter cold day, sorry you had to work in it Michael but I’m thankful he was able to service my door the same afternoon I called. I would recommend Michael and Precision Garage Door. This was not a broken door spring repair. Problem is that the door does not operate always. Tech said I needed an electrician to fix problem. Said wiring did not meet standards. This garage door was installed by your company and the wiring was done by your company. If the wiring doesn't meet standards, why did your company install the garage door knowing that the wiring doesn't meet code standards and why do I have to hire an electrician to fix the problem which should have been corrected by Precision personnel when the garage door was installed?
