Sean was EXCELLENT! He had to come and fix an issue that the prior technician neglected to complete. I was a bit upset and he was so nice about everything. He fixed the problem that the other technician from the day before didn’t even notice. Sean is awesome!

Sean came out right during our service window and let me know when he was on his way. He was professional and explained all of the details to me for how to fix my spring, and what options there were to upgrade parts of my door to increase its longevity. He even offered to explain how the parts worked when I asked him. When we noticed my door had a little buckle in the middle, he was able to add a strut and help to increase the rigidity of the door. I felt like the prices he quoted me were fair and he got everything fixed in one shot. Great experience!

Unfortunately Kris did not notice 2 screws that had come out on the right side door panels. My neighbor came down to see the replaced opener and noticed immediately the missing screws on the garage doors that hold the panels together. Had to call and they sent out another technician.
