Our outside keypad stopped working. The batteries died. Now we know how to replace them. We like Ben and were pleased he’s still with the company. We met him in February 2023 when he did maintenance check-up and sold us on heavier duty, and quieter, rod pins. He’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Not happy at all. I asked for a second remote. They showed up and billed me over $333 dollars to say the part was obsolete, but billed me for the remote anyway. I paid this money and received nothing - asked for a supervisor to reverse charges. He never called but I was told charges were reversed (still there this morning). On top of this I paid $559 to install a new control with 2 remotes, expecting the service charge to be reversed and a refund on a remote I paid for but never received. Look for another company!
