Late one the afternoon I experienced trouble with my garage door. I called Precision and explained that because I was leaving for the evening, I needed my door repaired as soon as possible I was told that a technician would be at my home in about two to three hours. Thomas arrived in less than two hours, and quickly diagnosed my problem. It was a simple fix and only took few minutes to correct. I appreciate the fast, professional service provided by Thomas and Precision.

The above is partially correct .. my name .. never had a broken spring and I did make a purchase. My neighbor had Precision over as she had a problem .. I asked that the serviceman come over to my house when finished. When he arrived I asked him if he could sell me new hand remotes as mine were getting pretty worn out. He said no, that they would not be compatible. I told him I was unhappy with the previous company and was looking for something that had a backup (battery) if the power went off. He just happen to have what I was looking for and the time to install it. I bought a service Synergy 370, which by the way is super quite and it has the backup battery, new rail belt, and 2 button remotes. When he finished with the installation .. he said he had some kinda bad news .. I knew what he was going to say. I had my house built in 1972 .. have done many improvements but still have the old solid wood garage door that weights about 16 tons. I am now in my 70's and when the power goes out I have to manually lift that door .. a job for Hulk Hogan. We talked about new doors and he told me what he liked and why .. and I agreed. He left some brochures for my wife and I to look at which has many different designs .. very helpful. We talked about the side springs .. putting a lot of tension on them with that heavy door along with the rollers. Anyway, he did a great job .. answered every question .. did a few things I asked him about. I have to give him 5 ***** Stars. He is a super salesman but most of all a good representative for the company. His name is Anthony B.

I had a problem with my main control in garage the button was jammed up, Scott called and said he was in the area when my appointment was later this afternoon came over right away. Scott fixed the problem redrilled the holes for main board as it was messed up, very professional and curtious, asked if i had any other issues that concerened the opener or door. Scott did a great job.

He showed me what might have been the cause...took care of that, replaced the cracked hinges and put a door support on door.
