Prompt, efficient service. One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke. I called for repairs, and the tech was at my place within an hour. He checked out the problem, gave me two options for repair, replaced the damaged parts, and all was good to go. I could not have asked for better service.

Jesse did a great job on our 9x10 foot door, the top panel has a dent in it from shipping as they in packed it. Plus once he checked the door opening he noticed some seal type silicone dripping from a panel, so he said that he would report it for replacements as he was leaving. Jesse and his partner were very professional and safe thru the installation and this Pandemic. I don’t do Facebook, google so you can post this if you want.

Your two excellent team members showed up and quickly assessed my door problem. Replacement of a bent rail, rollers and tension cables proceeded smoothly and soon I was back in service. Everything was balanced, adjusted and tuned up. I even saw them cleaning up a couple smudges off the door an lubricating some existing parts. Anthony came right on time and promptly fixed the door; it needed to be realigned and the bearing rollers needed to be replaced. He was very professional and friendly. I also asked him for information about replacement doors; he provided me with information and quotes- but no sales pressure. I think that I will call on Precision in the future to replace the door (it's looking sort of shabby, but it still works).
