My garage door unexpectedly broke and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. The team at Precision was awesome from start to finish and in less than 24 hours, I went from "how the hell am I going to get this fixed?" to "this new garage door is awesome!" This new door is so much quieter! There was a little confusion on the install when it came to the right model of panel I purchased, but Anthony, Scott, and Terrell (I think), were quick to make things right and exceeded my expectations. If anyone asks me who to call for garage work, it will always be "Precision Garage Door." Thanks again!

I appreciated the reminders prior to the service, and I really liked when you sent me a message saying that Adrian would be arriving shortly along with his picture. Adrian called 10 minutes before he arrived, so I got a sense of who I would be dealing with. He is very personable and was very clear in his communication. Once inside the garage Adrian listened to my explanation of what I thought was happening to prevent my door from opening. He then did a brief examination of the situation and was able to assess the exact problem. He gave me the options available for repairing the opener. Because I felt as though I was dealing with a reputable company and trusted Adrian I decided it was time to replace my door opener with one of 2 that Adrian suggested. I was thankful that he had both with him and was able to complete the job within his estimated time of 90 minutes. Despite the cold temperature outside Adrian remained upbeat and cheerful. After he finished he explained the new opener to me and answered my questions. He told me to call if I had any further questions or issues with the new opener. So far it is working great and is such an improvement over my former opener which was at least 30 years old. I sure hope the new opener continues to function well. I love having more light in my garage and am happy that everything is now up to code. The quiet operation of the opener is an added bonus. I appreciate that I was able to get an 8 year warranty on this product should anything malfunction. One of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable about purchasing this opener without shopping around was due to the fact that I trusted Adrian's expertise. It is apparent to me that he is a fine asset to your company.

Today we had new garage door openers installed on our two doors. Anthony Beckstead did an excellent install, following up with a comprehensive explanation of the overall operation of the system. The new Precision Door openers are digital and, being belt driven, are very quiet. Kept me appraised of the appointment and progress all along the way as well as the property tenant via text, e-mail and phone -was awesome. Tech was knowledgeable and timely in service call and install completion.
