Precision Door Service provided Great customer service and communication from the time I first called to completion. Kept me appraised of the appointment and progress all along the way as well as the property tenant via text, e-mail and phone -was awesome. Tech was knowledgeable and timely in service call and install completion. Improvement Feedback: Tenant reports scrap bolts, washers and sheetrock left on garage floor and driveway left behind job site. Great experience overall and will use Precision again on future rental units.

Precision had a guy out to my house in under 2 hours, when I called at the very end of the day. Because it was Chris’s last stop of the day, he was out of one part (which is totally understandable), and was back first thing in the morning. He finished in a timely fashion and with no hassle. This was my second time using these guys and I’m beyond happy with the service. Great work. You get what you pay for, remember that. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Much more expensive that I thought but both springs and all three bearing were replaced as well as Chris did lubrications and adjustments on both doors while here.
