Purchased the Lincoln 3000 Steel Back door in white,long panel. Found the product to be superior in quality and durability than anything else we looked at. We also purchased the 370 garage door opener. The opener is much quieter than the one we previously had, and will be an excellent upgrade. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient, as well as thorough. He did a very good job on our installation. Our interactions with Precision Door have been very positive. Would highly recommend them for garage door repair (which is what we started with, repaired by Scott Carlson, excellent job. We decided to upgrade and he was very helpful in answering our questions)or installation of any garage door.

Our garage door wouldn’t go down because of an obstruction neither my wife nor I were able to detect. Kris spotted it right away and showed me how to read the sensors should this happen again. He reset the opener and all is as it should be. Thanks!

Our garage door refused to close after installing a serge protector. Technician, Adrian, was here within two hours and did the reset quickly. He also added a bar of sorts to improve performance at no charge. He was very careful to maintain distance and he sanitized his work area. Good job, great response.
