Chris (technician) came out at 2:45 on Saturday- earlier then predicted, that is the good. He showed up without the parts to repair our main garage door! Said he would be back on Monday even though it is his day off between 8-9AM. At 9:10 I called back your customer service number because he never showed up!! Lynn attempted to call office and could not get thru, tried calling tech - NO answer and sent email to management. It is 9:40 and I haven’t heard anything and apparently the technician blew me off!!! I have done a lot of business with your company and this is totally unacceptable!! I have no use of my main car and it is suppose to be 4 degrees tonight and I have cars sitting out. Someone better get on the ball.

I was very surprised that my door was able to be serviced the same day. Jared did a great job and explained everything to me so I was able to understand what was being done and why. We hired Precision to supply 3 large garage doors for our new home and shop. Due to our building schedule, Percision had to install the doors in two increments several months apart. I was VERY impressed with all the employees at Precision (besides one hiccup with Michelle in scheduling) and their communication prior and during the installation was absolutely fantastic. While Percision was not the lowest bid we received, we choose to go with Percision due to their positive reviews and we wanted professionals to handle our large order.
