Technician Scott did a great job replacing broken spring, worn bearings. Offered me additional replacements/upgrades which I declined, as these garage doors will probably be completely replaced in a couple years. He came out the next day after I called in, whereas another company wouldn't be able to respond for a week. Enjoyed the prompt service.

We had a problem with our garage door and called Precision Door for service. Their Tech Adrian showed up within 2 hours and did some trouble shooting on the problem. He made some adjustments and corrected a problem with the trim catching the window frame. He also took the time to lube the springs and checked the rest of the door operation. Adrian was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was working well, and explained everything that he had done.
